Delivery Areas & Charges

• Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
• Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT
• All over Bangladesh: Cash on Delivery is available.
• In some specific cases, such as for large orders or deliveries to remote areas, full delivery charges may be required as an advance payment.

Free Delivery Option

• Orders of 1500 BDT or more are eligible for free delivery.

Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
• Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during sales or promotional campaigns.

• Orders are processed within 12 hours of placement.

শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

NEGATiVE-এ আমরা আপনার অর্ডার দ্রুত, নিরাপদে এবং সময়মতো ডেলিভারি দিতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও এরিয়া

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৮০ টাকা
• ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৩০ টাকা
• সারা বাংলাদেশে: ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (Cash on Delivery) সুবিধা আছে।
• কিছু নির্দিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে, যেমন বড় অর্ডার বা দূরবর্তী স্থানে ডেলিভারির জন্য, সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম নেওয়া হতে পারে।

ফ্রি ডেলিভারি

• ১৫০০ টাকা বা তার বেশি মূল্যের অর্ডারে সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি ডেলিভারি উপভোগ করুন।

ডেলিভারি সময়

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: ২–৩ কার্যদিবস
• ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ কার্যদিবস
• বিশেষ অফার বা ক্যাম্পেইন চলাকালীন সময়ে ডেলিভারিতে কিছুটা বাড়তি সময় লাগতে পারে।

অর্ডার প্রসেসিং

• অর্ডার দেওয়ার ১২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমরা আপনার অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া করি।
• অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর আপনি একটি কনফার্মেশন ইমেল পাবেন।

অর্ডার পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল

• অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করতে হলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে যোগাযোগ করুন:

ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ

• ডেলিভারির সময় আপনি পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে দেখে নিতে পারবেন।
• যদি পণ্যটি আপনার প্রত্যাশা পূরণ না করে, তাহলে শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করে সহজেই পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
